1. Service Scope
AI REALTOR Pro provides training, templates, and practical workflows that help real estate agents use AI tools and AI platforms in daily operations.
2. No Performance Promises
Results vary by market, effort, and execution. We do not make income promises, transaction promises, or performance guarantees.
3. CRM and Messaging Usage
The Real Estate Pro Suite includes a GoHighLevel sub account. Texting and email usage is billed separately as usage at pass through cost plus a small admin margin. Wallet caps are required.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for compliant marketing practices, message approvals, and use of AI outputs in your business. You should review generated content before publishing or sending.
5. Intellectual Property
Training materials and templates are owned by AI REALTOR Pro unless stated otherwise. Access is provided for your internal business use.
