AI Realtor Pro provides educational content, guided examples and a private beta workspace for real estate professionals. These terms describe the scope and acceptable use of those services. Product questions can be sent to jeremy@mcdonald-mtg.com.

Access and availability

Public guides and examples do not require an account. Private workspace access is by invitation and requires an approved account. Keep your sign-in credentials private and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Availability is described on the product availability page. No subscription, paid plan, checkout or automatic trial is currently offered.

Use accurate, permitted information

Use only content and data you are authorized to process. Confirm permission for listing information, photographs, videos, music and other materials. Do not upload private consumer records or credentials to the writing tools. Do not use the service for discriminatory housing preferences, protected-class targeting, steering, deceptive claims, impersonation or unauthorized external actions.

Review every AI draft

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate material. Check facts, current requirements and permissions before relying on or publishing output. The service does not provide legal advice, mortgage underwriting, eligibility decisions, property inspections or automatic approval under MLS, brokerage or regulatory rules. It does not guarantee leads, closings, income, ranking, social growth or investment returns.

Your professional responsibilities and required brokerage review remain part of your workflow. Use the appropriate qualified professional for a situation requiring legal, financial, licensing or compliance analysis.

External services and actions

Writing a draft is different from publishing, emailing or changing an account. The public examples take no external action. Connected publishing, video and automation are not enabled in this release. Any future connected action must use authorized accounts, appropriate permissions and a confirmed provider result. A service failure or timeout must not be treated as proof of completion.

Saved work and service limits

Some workspace tools store work in your current browser. Keep an appropriate copy of work you need to retain. Browser storage may be cleared, unavailable or tied to a particular device. This product is not a secure consumer document repository or a substitute for your organization’s approved systems. Service limits and temporary failures may affect availability.

Privacy and questions

The Privacy Notice explains the implementation’s information handling. Contact us if you believe an account, output or workflow is being used improperly, or if you need help understanding a feature’s availability.
